Financial terms
- Events with an estimated total over $600 require a $300 deposit to hold the date. Events under $600 require a deposit equal to 50% of the estimated total.
- For events over $600, 50% of the final estimated balance is due 30 days before the event, along with finalized menu choices.
- Full balance is due on the day of the event. Early payment is welcome. Post-event payment may be arranged in advance with Scrumptious Catering.
- Accepted payment: cash, check, and Visa.
Cancellation policy
- Deposits are non-refundable on outright cancellations. If the event is rescheduled, your deposit will be transferred to the new date.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will result in a 50% charge to the client.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will result in a 100% charge to the client.
